• The Out Of The Box Furniture team will review your custom quote and contact you to ensure all details and requests are correct, before a formal quote is sent to you.
• Once you have received your quote and you are satisfied, email us your acceptance of the quote and our accounts department will send you a formal invoice.
• Once the deposit is paid and a POP has been received, you order will be placed on our production list.
• Lead time is 4 – 6 weeks.
• Our production team will keep you posted during the manufacturing process.
On completion of your item, you can:
1. Collect the item yourself from our factory
2. Arrange your own delivery
3. Ask us to send you quotes from the trusted delivery companies we often use
STEP 3 UNBOX YOUR CUSTOM FURNITURE
When your order arrives at your destination and is signed for, Out Of The Box Furniture is notified by the courier that the item has been successfully delivered.
